For me, it wasn’t that anything was desperately wrong, I think sometimes we just need reassurance and that’s what I needed. I had a lovely chat with Jack and what I found was he identifies the positives and it was actually really reassuring because he found that I was doing a lot of the right things and my instincts were correct. Essentially, he just encouraged me to be brave enough to carry on putting the work in and keep the faith I suppose. I think us brits in particular, we’re very keen to sort of find the negatives constantly, what is wrong, what is wrong, all the time. But with Jack it was more about what was right. “After experiencing acting classes and feeling that I needed to get back on the bike during lockdown, I saw an ad for one of Jack's sessions.  At the time I didn't have a clue regarding his experience, but I wanted some one-on-one training and his ad ticked all the boxes.
